The month's top transaction was 30 Jackson Road, which sold for $164,000 to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Loop Road saw two separate sales, and three Old Main Road entries reflected a within-family trust transfer rather than a market sale. Two low-value transfers went to the Town of Savoy.
