Savoy recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, though only six carried a posted sale price by this report, ranging from $50,000 to $340,000 with a median of $240,925. The period's top sale was 262 Loop Rd at $340,000, sold by Erika M. and Philip J. Turgeon to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Loop Road and Main Road each saw four separate filings, the most of any street. Several other transfers, including nearby addresses on the same streets, have not yet posted a price, which is typical registry lag rather than a sign anyone withheld figures.
