The period's top recorded sale was 30 Jackson Road at $164,000, sold by Stephanie Lynne Parkington to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Four transfers were nominal-consideration transfers, including three parcels acquired by the town of Savoy, and three transfers had no price yet available. With most transfers lacking price data or representing non-market transfers, the month's overall pricing trend cannot yet be fully assessed.
