Savoy Deed Filings Show Wide Price Split as Six of Ten Sales Disclose a Price

Savoy recorded ten property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only six listed a sale price, ranging from $786 to $164,000 with a median of $39,587. The month's top sale was 30 Jackson Rd at $164,000, transferred from Stephanie Lynne Parkington to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Three of the ten deeds sent property to the Town of Savoy at low disclosed prices, and one, at 115 Old Main Rd, moved ownership within the Krutiak family into a trust. With most filings undisclosed or involving takings and lenders rather than typical resale, the period offers limited data on open-market conditions.
