Savoy Deeds Show $756,000 Price Spread as Six Sales Go Undisclosed
Savoy recorded 12 deed transactions between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Six disclosed a sale price, ranging from $3,103 to $759,000, with a median of $130,000; the other six did not disclose a price. The top transaction, $759,000, closed Aug. 24 with no street address specified in the record, sellers Robert F. and Janice R. Veronesi and buyers Steven E. and Paula J. Ziemlak. Main Road, Loop Road, Jackson Road, New State Road and Old Main Road each saw two or more filings, several of them paired records for the same property rather than separate resales. Four of six disclosed-price sales listed a bank or credit union as buyer.
