Savoy recorded eight deed transfers between July 10 and August 8, including five sales and three nominal-consideration transfers to the Town of Savoy. Of the five sales, four carried recorded prices ranging from $47,521 to $331,603, with a median of $88,036; the fifth, at 141 Griffin Hill Rd, has a price not yet available. The period's top transaction was 167 Loop Rd, which sold for $331,603 on July 20 to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Three of the four priced sales involved banks or mortgage servicers as buyers, a pattern worth watching in coming months.
