Savoy sees 10 deed transfers in October, but most sale prices remain unrecorded

Savoy recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three carried a listed sale price: $50,000, $100,000 and $339,200, putting the median at $100,000 among those three.

Savoy recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three carried a listed sale price: $50,000, $100,000 and $339,200, putting the median at $100,000 among those three. The month's top recorded sale was 380 Main Rd at $339,200, transferred from the Boyd family to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Seven of the 10 transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company on one side of the deal. With most prices still pending in registry data, the month's overall market tone is hard to gauge from available figures alone.
