Savoy sees $759,000 sale lead a mixed August property record
Twelve deeds recorded in Savoy from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12 show a top sale of $759,000 for an unspecified Savoy address, sold by the Veronesis to the Ziemlaks. Prices ranged from $3,103 to $759,000, with a median of $130,000 among the six sales that disclosed a price; the other six, including bank-related and a family trust filing, did not. Loop Road and Main Road each saw two properties with recorded activity. With half the deeds lacking price data, the record does not support calling the market active or quiet.
