Loop Road saw two of the four priced sales. Three of the seven deeds involved Adams Community Bank as grantor or grantee without a recorded price, including two same-day transactions at 32 Harrington Rd. between the Ostrobinski family and the bank, limiting how much the data reveals about overall market conditions this period.
